There's something breathtaking about a woman in white. And a woman in white on her wedding day... hold the phone! Now it would be impossible to ever over shadow a bride's spotlight, but if anyone were to come close, it would have to be the groom... and a groom in white. Watch out! A dynamic due of white, can be a fashion force to be wrecking with, and that's exactly what April and David were!
Shooting a wedding at a church can sometimes be tricky. There are rules and boundaries... and for good reason... and figuring out how to work within these rules, while still getting great photographs can take some thought. The Spirit of Christ church where April and David said their vows was no different; there were purposeful rules and only minimal light, but all of these factors ended up being a bit of a blessing. By playing with the minimal available light, I was able to capture very unique and romantic story for their special day.
